, , Can be used hot or cold to use warm: heat in microwave (600 to 800W) maximum duration 60 seconds knead pad to distribute heat if required hotter, a further maximum duration 15 seconds knead pad to distribute heat repeat until desired temperature is achieved DO NOT heat for longer periods of time, only heat for 60 seconds and multiples of individual 15 seconds.
