Two things are important - to shield your baby from the muck on public surfaces and to guard your baby from PVC, BPA, phthalates, and latex. These portable pee pads have 4 layers that accomplish both these needs. The 1st nonwoven layer is super soft for your baby's comfort. Then tissue paper lies between the 1st layer and the super absorbent 3rd layer. The last layer is PE film that prevents leaking. A crib liner to rely on!
